DUTIES

The successful candidate will teach FNCE 3180_02 - Derivative Securities - during the Winter 2020 semester.  The class is scheduled: Mondays and Thursdays; 4:00 to 5:15 PM.

Semester details:

  • Classes: Jan 6 - April 10, 2020
  • Mid semester break:  Feb 17 - 21, 2020
  • Final exams: April 14 - 25, 2020
  • Final grades due: May 1, 2020
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master’s degree with a specialization in finance, or MBA with a CFA, is required
  • Evidence of strong teaching potential is required
  • PhD or DBA; degree in finance is an asset
  • Significant relevant work experience is an asset
  • Professional designation, such as the CFA, is an asset
  • Must be able to work cooperatively with colleagues in a team environment and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
  • Should possess a working knowledge of computer applications, experience in Moodle is an asset
