About the rolePlease note we have three vacancies for this role. As an Business Analyst (Associate), you will provide a business analysis service primarily to technology projects and change initiatives. You will assist colleagues and other stakeholders to investigate operational issues, problems and new opportunities, contributing to business process and IT system improvements. You may support a senior business analyst or product owner with larger scale requests or deliver end to end analysis for small scale changes. Your responsibilities will include the following: · Support end users by reviewing, documenting and assessing requests for change. Please note this role is not available for sponsorship. About youYou have previously worked on projects delivering change, ideally within Agile environments, and understand the business analysis service. With your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you’ve facilitated workshops and conducted stakeholder interviews to extract relevant information and are able to prioritise and manage your time effectively. You can clearly define and articulate business process concepts to end users and colleagues across the business and process excellent presentation skills. Additionally, you can work effectively in a collaborative team environment sharing knowledge and can take ownership of problems solving them with your analytic skills and logical thinking.
