We wish to recruit a research fellow to provide support for the IDEO (innovation, digitization, entrepreneurship, and operations) research group. The group is part of the department of management of Nottingham Business School. Our research focus is on examining the socio-economic impacts and the policy implications of the digitization of innovation, entrepreneurship and operations. This research is conducted by a group of multidisciplinary scholars from business administration, psychology, sociology, political science, operations, and industrial design. 

We are looking for research expertise in social sciences or related disciplines, ideally a strong background in qualitative research. Applicants should have a PhD in the relevant discipline, and preferably some postdoctoral experience. As a Research Fellow you will work on all aspects of research and the editorial process involved in case writing and publishing. The post is intellectually demanding and stimulating. Broad understating of social sciences, excellent literary skills, the ability to appreciate and engage in new areas of research, and a keen interest in the practice and communication of research impacts are essential.
