Position SummaryThe Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking to fill one (1) Clinical Assistant or Clinical Associate position with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2026. The successful candidate will be expected to make teaching contributions to the School’s executive, online, and full-time masters level and/or undergraduate level programs in the Marketing area. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to service (examples include but are not limited to committee work, professional talks, and mentoring) and impact activities (examples include but are not limited to presentations at meetings and conferences, research, and publications in field of interest) that positively enhance the School, business community, and society. Minimum Education and Experience RequirementsApplicants must have completed a Ph.D. (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing or a related discipline prior to beginning work activities and can anticipate an initial appointment of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor, depending on credentials. Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and ExperienceA minimum of two (2) years of experience in teaching managerial marketing courses, specifically elective courses such as personal selling; sales management; new products; and marketing strategy, in undergraduate and graduate programs is preferred.
