The role requires managing the full subcontract lifecycle, partnering with technical counterparts, and ensuring compliance with NASA and JPL requirements. The successful candidate will apply strategic thinking to negotiate, award, manage, and close subcontracts while providing exceptional service to internal customers and supporting mission-critical projects.
