Why Your Role Matters:
The School of the Arts and Media is seeking to appoint a Lecturer B in Screen Production to contribute to teaching and research in interactive media. You will develop and deliver practice-oriented undergraduate courses in interactive storytelling, interactive media, and the use of artificial intelligence in media production for the Screen Production major in the Bachelor of Media. The appointee will work closely with other members of the academic and professional staff in the development of course offerings. In this position you will undertake, and produce, high level research in a relevant field of media production and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of traditional publications and/or non-traditional research outputs and the potential to obtain grants and conduct supervision of Honours and higher degree research students.
The role of Lecturer reports to the Head of School and has no reports.
