DUTIES

The Department of Management, International Business, Info and Supply Chain in the Gaglardi School of Business and Economics, Thompson Rivers University, invites applications for several courses in our International Business program. The successful candidate will teach SCMN 3320, Supply Chain Management   during the Fall 2023 semester.   All instruction will be in the classroom on our Kamloops campus. 

 

Semester details are as follows:

  • Classes run: Sept 5 – Dec 1, 2023
  • Exam Period: Dec 4 – Dec 16, 2023
  • Final grades due:  Dec 22, 2023

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Master's in a Supply Chain-related area 
    • or MBA with significant coursework in Supply Chain Management 
    • or MBA with significant teaching or professional experience in Supply Chain Management/Operations Management
  • Teaching experience in supply chain management, or related work experience
  • Demonstrates knowledge of current topics of interest in business and supply chain management

Preferred

  • Strong teaching, with evidence from student evaluations
  • Moodle Learning Management System and MS Office experience
