The Department of Human Resource Management in the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University seeks to hire a part-time non-tenure track Assistant Teaching Professor who can teach a range of courses (i.e., People Analytics, HR Metrics, Talent Acquisition, Statistics, and Global Human Resources/Management ) in our undergraduate and graduate Human Resource Management programs.

This position is on an annual contract with possible renewal contingent on successful performance and budgetary support.
 
Working under the direction of the Department Chair, some of the responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Teach 2-2 courses per year in our undergraduate and graduate programs and other courses the department chair may assign;
  • Work closely with undergraduate and graduate program directors, faculty, and staff.

Qualifications

 

Minimum Education and Experience
1. PhD or Master degree focusing on HRM (Area could include Business, Industrial/Organizational psychology, Organizational Behavior, other management degree) or the equivalent knowledge gained through extensive and related human resource management experience.
2. Evidence of teaching excellence at the undergraduate, graduate or executive levels.

Immunization Requirements
