The Department of Management teaches courses in organizational behavior, team effectiveness, leadership, conflict and negotiations, ethics, and business communications. The Department also helps direct Honors Projects and supports student teams for case competitions and consulting engagements. In addition, members of the group are expected to contribute to scholarship in their respective academic fields.

Successful candidates will hold a Ph.D. in management, communications, or a related social science field with connections to management. We are especially seeking individuals with a strong teaching record, but a substantial record of scholarship is an advantage.
