At the Chair of Marketing, in particular Consumer Research (Prof. Dr. Yasemin Boztuğ) of the Georg-August-University Göttingen, the position of a


research associate


with 75% of the regular weekly working hours (currently 29, 85 hours / week) for a period of 3 years. An extension is possible. The position offers the opportunity for promotion. The fee is charged according to the fee group 13 TV-L.


Your tasks
- Participation in one of the main research areas
- Cooperation in teaching (including conception and implementation)
- Carrying out organizational tasks at the chair


Your profile
- Very good to good scientific degree in a business-related degree program (business administration, economics, statistics, economic mathematics, business engineer, etc.) or psychology
- passion for scientific work and desire for a doctorate
- sound knowledge of marketing
- in-depth knowledge of one or more of the following areas: Quantitative marketing methods, theories of consumer behavior, theories of food marketing
- individual initiative and teamwork skills
- resilience and readiness to learn quickly with new topics
- Very good communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
