Duties & Responsibilities

Now that you’ve earned your MBA, accepting your dream job, wearing custom-tailored suits, and traveling while earning thousands of frequent-flier miles, may seem like the natural next step in your journey. However, crafting a fulfilling life after an MBA takes some planning and introspective work.

An HBS faculty member in the Organizational Behavior unit is looking to guide our MBA students on this next chapter by creating a new course on how to craft a meaningful life after completing an MBA. Course topics will include self-assessment, building relationships, how to measure success, and how to develop your individual story.

If you have found yourself wondering about these same concepts, consider working as a Research Associate. Under the general direction of the faculty member, the RA will support the development of this new course. Primary areas of responsibility include researching and developing course content, acting as project manager to manage the timeline of deliverables throughout the year, serving as a thought partner with the faculty, and helping to develop new case studies and other teaching materials to be used in the course.
