Adjunct Instructor, for Navigating Media and News in the Digital AgeAnnenberg School for Communication and Journalism Faculty Los Angeles, California The Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism at the University of Southern California seeks one or more highly qualified adjunct instructor(s) to teach sections of ASCJ 200: Navigating Media and News in the Digital Age. As an instructor, you will be responsible for teaching at least one section of the lab requirement. You will provide students with the foundational skills needed to perform extensive research on a chosen topic, and to create multimedia assignments that make a sound critical argument related to their topic. Using the Adobe Creative Cloud, students will learn to create infographics, shoot and edit video, record and edit podcasts, and manipulate images. Students will also create individual WordPress sites where they will post all assignments (written and digital) and maintain a Twitter feed.
